Role Overview
The Sales Closer is responsible for building trust, presenting the NextClick franchise opportunity, and successfully converting qualified franchise leads into signed partners.
This role focuses on relationship-driven sales—nurturing investor confidence, explaining ROI models, and guiding clients from inquiry to final onboarding.
As the face of NextClick, you will represent the company’s values of transparency, professionalism, and support for entrepreneurs who want to bring offline vendors online.
Key Responsibilities
Franchise Lead Management
Connect with prospective franchise investors from marketing, referrals, and digital campaigns.
Conduct detailed video presentations and phone consultations explaining the ₹6L / ₹12L franchise model.
Build trust and credibility through professional communication, confidence, and clear documentation.
Maintain regular follow-ups until closure through CRM tools and personalized engagement.
Sales Closing
Convert qualified leads into confirmed franchise sign-ups with deposits and signed agreements.
Present ROI, payback period, and vendor commission structure (₹299 per onboard) clearly and confidently.
Collaborate with Finance for deposit confirmation and refund guarantee documentation (post-dated check, franked agreement).
Achieve monthly closure targets while maintaining transparency and compliance.
Relationship Management
Be the relationship ambassador for every franchisee—before, during, and after onboarding.
Handle concerns, build reassurance around refund policies, and ensure smooth handover to the Operations team.
Conduct follow-up calls to maintain franchise satisfaction and referrals.
Reporting & Coordination
Update all activities in the CRM daily (lead stage, remarks, conversion probability).
Share weekly reports with the regional head and participate in review meetings.
Work closely with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
Required Skills & Competencies
Communication & Presentation:
Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Confident in conducting Zoom / Google Meet presentations and handling objections politely.
Technical Know-How:
Basic understanding of franchise and vendor business models.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot) and WhatsApp Business.
Knowledge of the NextClick vendor onboarding flow is preferred.
Behavioral Competencies:
High emotional intelligence, patience, and empathy in client communication.
Professional grooming and polite demeanor.
Target-driven yet relationship-focused mindset.
Punctual, disciplined, and proactive in follow-ups.
Education & Experience
Criteria Requirement
Education Graduate / MBA preferred (Marketing, Business, or Communication)
Experience 1–5 years in Inside Sales / Franchise / B2B Sales / Tele-Consulting
Domain E-commerce, Retail, EdTech, or Startup experience preferred
Location: Telangana & Andhra Pradesh
Compensation Structure
Component Range
Fixed Salary: ₹50,000–₹100,000 per month
Incentives: ₹20,000 – ₹100,000 per month (per franchise closure)
Bonus: Quarterly bonus for top closers
Other Benefits: Festival Bonus
