About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Franchise Sales Manager to drive business growth for our Pre-School division. The role involves identifying, engaging, and closing franchise opportunities while building strong relationships with investors and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive franchise sales through field visits, school visits, and networking.
  • Identify and onboard potential investors and franchise partners.
  • Conduct presentations, negotiations, and finalize franchise agreements.
  • Generate leads through referrals, events, and digital platforms.
  • Support franchisees during onboarding and ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements

  • Graduate / MBA preferred (Marketing, Business, or related).
  • 4–8 years of franchise sales experience (Education / Pre-School / EdTech preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willing to travel for client and school visits.
  • Target-driven with proven sales achievements.
