We offer end-to-end EV maintenance, fleet AMC support, spare parts and technical backup, and on-demand technical support. Our clients include EV fleets, last-mile delivery networks, rental operators, OEMs, dealers, and new-age mobility brands. We serve from multiple service hubs across Hyderabad and are expanding nationwide.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Development position located in Hyderabad. The Franchise Development professional will be responsible for developing franchise sales strategies, identifying and recruiting potential franchisees, and implementing and managing the franchise program. The role also involves providing training and support to franchisees, monitoring franchisee performance, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. Additionally, the professional will collaborate with various departments to enhance business growth and support franchisees in achieving their business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Franchise Sales and Franchising
  • Strong business acumen and skills in developing and managing business strategies
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques and practices
  • Ability to provide effective training and support to franchisees
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
  • Relevant experience in the EV industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
