
Training Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Training Manager 5 Star Hotel to lead our learning and development initiatives across the hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills, improve service standards, and support our commitment to excellence in guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development:
Design and implement onboarding programs, job-specific training, and leadership development courses tailored for hospitality staff (front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, etc.).
- Needs Assessment:
Conduct regular training needs analyses to identify skills gaps and performance improvement opportunities.
- Delivery of Training:
Facilitate engaging in-person or virtual training sessions on topics such as customer service, health and safety, compliance, brand standards, and operational procedures.
- Performance Evaluation:
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, performance metrics, and ongoing coaching.
- Compliance and Standards:
Ensure all training aligns with legal requirements, brand guidelines, and quality assurance standards.
- Training Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of training activities, employee certifications, and development plans.
- Team Collaboration:
Partner with department heads and supervisors to support consistent training delivery and employee development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in training or learning & development, preferably in a hotel, resort, or hospitality setting.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
