Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR & Admin Manager, located in Rajkot. The HR & Admin Manager will oversee HR functions, develop and implement policies, handle recruitment, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws. The role also involves administrative tasks such as maintaining records, coordinating office activities, and supporting the management team. The candidate will actively contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

  • Administrative skills, including record maintenance and office coordination
  • Policy development and implementation skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in HR and administrative roles is a plus
