Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the
    Shopify e-commerce platform
    , ensuring smooth functionality, performance, and user experience.
  • Handle
    product listings
    , pricing updates, inventory synchronization, and content accuracy across the platform.
  • Create, customize, and optimize
    Shopify themes
    , pages, and navigation to improve customer engagement and conversions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for
    new product launches
    , promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Work closely with the
    design and marketing team
    to ensure brand consistency and engaging visuals.
  • Implement and monitor
    SEO best practices
    and
    Shopify app integrations
    to boost visibility and sales.
  • Analyze and report on website traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance using
    Google Analytics
    and
    Shopify Analytics
    .
  • Manage
    discount codes, offers, and loyalty programs
    within Shopify.
  • Troubleshoot website issues, coordinate with developers for custom feature implementation, and ensure mobile responsiveness.
  • Oversee
    order fulfillment
    , returns, and customer support coordination to ensure timely and satisfactory service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum
    3 years of experience in e-commerce operations
    , with at least
    2 years managing Shopify stores
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    Shopify themes, Liquid coding
    , and third-party app integrations.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Excel
    ,
    Google Analytics
    , and
    SEO tools
    .
  • Experience in
    digital marketing campaigns
    ,
    email marketing
    , and
    social media commerce
    is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of
    Shopify Plus

    , and automation tools.
  • Familiarity with
    Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other marketplaces
    integration.
