About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
E-commerce Executive
with strong knowledge of
Shopify operations
. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day online business activities including
customer communication, product listing, billing, dispatch, and inventory management
. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, hands-on, and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences through seamless e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the
    Shopify e-commerce platform
    , ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and stock updates.
  • Handle
    CRM activities
    including
    customer queries through chat and calls
    , ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Process
    billing, invoicing, and order fulfillment
    , coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth dispatch.
  • Oversee
    inventory management
    , ensuring timely replenishment and accurate stock records.
  • Conduct
    quality checks
    on products before dispatch to ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Manage
    returns and exchanges
    , coordinating with customers and internal teams for quick resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the
    marketing and design teams
    for product updates, promotional campaigns, and visual merchandising on Shopify.
  • Monitor
    daily sales performance
    , dispatch reports, and update internal dashboards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, user experience, and order management processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    .
  • 2–5 years of experience
    in e-commerce operations with
    hands-on Shopify experience (mandatory)
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    product listing, billing, order fulfillment, and CRM operations
    .
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-handling abilities (chat & call-based CRM).
  • Proficiency in
    MS Excel, Shopify Admin, and inventory management tools
    .
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of
    Shopify apps and integrations
    for automation and reporting.
  • Experience with
    logistics coordination
    and
    third-party courier platforms
    .
  • Familiarity with
    digital marketing
    or
    marketplace platforms (Amazon, Myntra, etc.)
    is a plus.
