Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and client-oriented Engagement Manager to lead strategic consulting engagements within the industrial sector. This role involves managing client relationships, driving insight-based recommendations, and ensuring successful project delivery across wastewater, manufacturing, energy, and infrastructure domains. You will work closely with CXOs to solve complex business challenges related to growth strategy, operational improvement, digital transformation, and market expansion.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop growth strategies for clients across various industries, including energy, chemical , consumer goods, manufacturing etc
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement go-to-market strategies that drive business growth.
  • Provide strategic guidance on product positioning, pricing strategy, distribution channels, and sales enablement.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in management consulting or strategy consulting firm.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or MBA/PGDM from a reputed institution.
  • Proven track record of developing successful growth strategies for clients across various industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
