Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and data-driven 
Engagement & Retention Marketing Manager
 who will be responsible for driving sustained user engagement, nurturing meaningful interactions, and building long-term loyalty within our founder ecosystem. This role requires a blend of community-focused storytelling, behavioral marketing, and lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement 
    engagement strategies
     that encourage regular participation and activity across digital and offline touchpoints.
  • Build and execute 
    retention marketing campaigns
    , including personalized communication, lifecycle journeys, and targeted re-engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with product and content teams to 
    create campaigns
     that deliver value-driven interactions, enhancing user stickiness.
  • Develop 
    segmentation strategies
     to understand different founder personas and tailor engagement accordingly.
  • Track and analyze 
    user engagement metrics
     (activity levels, churn patterns, reactivation rates) and optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Organize 
    community-led initiatives
     (discussion themes, spotlight stories, knowledge-sharing formats) that strengthen belonging.
  • Collaborate with leadership to position D Globalist as a 
    trusted growth partner
     through impactful communication.
  • Experiment with new channels, gamification tactics, and loyalty mechanisms to 
    increase retention
    .

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–4 years of experience in 
    engagement marketing, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing
     (experience with founder/entrepreneurial ecosystems is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of 
    customer segmentation, user journeys, and CRM automation tools
    .
  • Creative storyteller with the ability to craft 
    compelling campaigns and community narratives
    .
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking engagement KPIs and drawing actionable insights.
  • Self-starter with the ability to 
    thrive in a fast-paced, founder-first environment
    .
