Key Responsibilities
- Automation Strategy & Execution
- Design, execute, and optimize marketing automation workflows across email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- Manage segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies to deliver contextual messaging.
- Lifecycle Campaign Management
- Build and manage campaigns for different stages of the customer journey onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and win-back.
- Monitor campaign performance, A/B test creatives, and optimize for higher conversions.
- Customer Retention & Engagement
- Drive strategies to reduce churn and improve customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Analyze customer cohorts and behavioral data to identify engagement opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 23 years of experience in retention marketing and lifecycle marketing.
- Hands-on experience with at least one marketing automation tool (WebEngage, MoEngage, Clevertap,etc.).
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and user journey mapping.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, campaign analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
- Basic knowledge of content writing.
