Key Responsibilities

  • Automation Strategy & Execution
  • Design, execute, and optimize marketing automation workflows across email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Manage segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies to deliver contextual messaging.
  • Lifecycle Campaign Management
  • Build and manage campaigns for different stages of the customer journey onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and win-back.
  • Monitor campaign performance, A/B test creatives, and optimize for higher conversions.
  • Customer Retention & Engagement
  • Drive strategies to reduce churn and improve customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Analyze customer cohorts and behavioral data to identify engagement opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 23 years of experience in retention marketing and lifecycle marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one marketing automation tool (WebEngage, MoEngage, Clevertap,etc.).
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and user journey mapping.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, campaign analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Basic knowledge of content writing.
