Ø Exposure in M&A

Ø Evaluating Target companies for acquisition/ valuation /Financial Modelling

Ø Due diligence /Transaction documents

Ø Working with Financials consultants / Investment bankers

Ø Strategy formulation

Ø Scanning the land scape for identification for new business opportunities

Ø Formulating Entry strategy into new businesses

Ø Assist the management for a new JV partner etc.

Ø Business and Profitability analysis of Existing business verticals

Ø Spot the ongoing trend in business both in India and abord

Ø Inter firm comparison of the industry peers.

Ø Financing arrangements including debt and equity raising

Ø Annual report analysis

Ø Financially planning and analysis.

Ø Other jobs responsibilities which may evolve over time

**Salary**: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
