As a Junior HR Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the team that drives our innovation. This position is ideal for someone who wants a hands-on learning experience in both strategic HR practices and practical talent acquisition, within a fast-paced startup environment. You'll be working closely with leadership and employees, gaining deep insights into people operations and talent strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (50%)
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for entry to mid-level roles from job posting to joining.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and create effective hiring plans.
- Source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, Naukri, and referrals.
- Schedule interviews, manage communications, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain hiring metrics, support offer roll-outs, and drive quick closures.
- Support employer branding on social media and college campuses.
HRBP Support (50%)
- Help implement HR policies, employee handbooks, and onboarding materials.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities: joining, confirmation, exit formalities.
- Assist with employee engagement, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
- Coordinate performance review cycles and learning initiatives.
- Maintain HR records, compliance documentation, and HR dashboards.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or related field.
- 02 years of experience in HR or talent acquisition (internships count).
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English.
- Proficiency with MS Office; experience with Google Workspace or HR tools is a plus.
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Previous experience or internship in a startup environment.
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR compliance in India.
- Enthusiasm for building culture in a scaling organization.
