We are hiring Human Resource Business Partner for Pune location.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's in HR, Business Admin, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • Experience: 8 to 10 years as HR Business Partner, ideally in fast-paced environments.
  • Knowledge: Strong grasp of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

  • Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proven influence with senior leaders.
  • Strategic thinking to align HR initiatives with business needs.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and emerging HR technologies.

  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.

  • Advantage: Experience with CXO-level stakeholders; certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders on people-related matters.
  • Provide orientation and guidance to leaders on HR issues.
  • Educate engineers on compliance and expected behaviors.
  • Address feedback from employees and suggest improvements.
  • Develop balanced solutions for travel and resignation-related issues.
  • Influence and manage expectations of engineers.
  • Analyze HR challenges and devise strategies for resolution.
  • Implement communication forums for open dialogue.
  • Align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on HR topics.
  • Identify HR issues and propose innovative solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Assess and enhance HR processes for efficiency.
  • Drive employee engagement and foster a positive culture.
  • Partner with HR to develop training programs for leadership skills.
  • Stay informed on HR technologies to improve service delivery.
  • Facilitate organizational change and effective communication throughout.
