Key Responsibilities:

  • Support new store openings
    and acquisitions, ensuring smooth onboarding processes for employees.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand
    market hiring plans
    and recruitment needs.
  • Coordinate and execute
    on-ground recruitment drives
    to attract top talent for various positions, from Baristas to Store Managers.
  • Assist in the
    interviewing and assessment
    process to identify the right candidates for the business.
  • Handle
    recruiting and onboarding
    processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Organize and deliver
    employee orientation and induction programs
    to ensure new team members are well-equipped for success.
  • Facilitate
    employee engagement
    activities and support the
    execution of the HR calendar
    for the region.
  • Conduct
    exit interviews
    and ensure proper documentation is completed for employee separations.
  • Promote a
    positive work environment
    by investigating and addressing any
    employee relations issues
    .
  • Respond to
    HR Customer Care inquiries
    and resolve any concerns raised by employees within the region.
  • Assist with
    HR audits
    , assess risks, and collaborate on proactive training and mitigation strategies.
  • Drive employee development through
    HR education, skills training, and employee engagement initiatives
    .

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience
    in HR, ideally within retail, hospitality, or similar industries (internships are a plus).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A passion for people development and fostering a positive organizational culture.
