Job Description

– India's Free Property Portal for Buy, Sell, and Rent – is looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Team Leader to lead our sales operations. The role involves managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, handling key clients, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Generate new business by identifying potential customers and building relationships.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market reach.
  • Track team performance and provide regular training and motivation.
  • Coordinate with the marketing & Sales teams to improve client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 2 years of experience in sales / Tele sales / real estate
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in Tamil & English (Hindi is an advantage).
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
  • Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
