Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader to spearhead the sales efforts within our automotive dealership. This role involves leading a team of Sales Consultants, driving sales targets, and ensuring adherence to operational standards. The Team Leader will be instrumental in analyzing market trends, managing customer escalations, and fostering a high-performance sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Sales Consultants to achieve dealership sales targets.
  • Monitor individual and team performance through regular reviews and provide coaching.
  • Conduct sales meetings, forecast planning, and track campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure adherence to Tata Motors SOPs and customer satisfaction standards.
  • Handle customer escalations, negotiate deals, and ensure smooth delivery processes.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to implement corrective actions.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to drive sales success.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in automobile sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and motivational abilities.
  • Proficiency in analytical and decision-making processes.

Preferred Skills / Attributes:

  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends.
