Salary: Up to ₹40,000 CTC ₹1,800 Allowance ₹10,000 Incentives

Role Summary:

We are hiring energetic Team Leaders to handle on-field teams for Google Pay (GPay) QR & Merchant Onboarding.

Candidates from Fintech (QR / Soundbox Sales) or Telecom (Prepaid / Postpaid SIM Sales) background are preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Field Sales Executives for merchant onboarding and activation.
  • Drive GPay QR installations, first transaction activations & team productivity.
  • Train, monitor & motivate the field team to achieve daily targets.
  • Conduct market visits & ensure quality onboarding in assigned areas.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 1 years in Fintech or Telecom Field Sales.
  • Must be open to field work.
  • Good communication & team-handling skills.
  • Two-wheeler & smartphone mandatory.

Education: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate
