Sales Manager – Real Estate | Trident Group, Badlapur

Location: Badlapur, Maharashtra

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 3–7 years (Real Estate Sales preferred)

We're looking for a passionate and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across our residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the in-house sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Drive property sales through effective customer engagement, follow-ups, and relationship management.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to boost lead conversions.
  • Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for campaign execution and lead nurturing.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property presentations.
  • Track sales performance, maintain MIS reports, and provide insights for improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with channel partners and brokers to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the home-buying journey.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in real estate sales or property consulting.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Local market knowledge of Badlapur and nearby regions preferred.
