**Position: Pre-Sales Executive**
**Location**: Badlapur
**Industry**: Real Estate (Residential Projects)
**Department**: Sales & Marketing
**Experience**: 1-4 years (Real estate pre-sales or telesales preferred)
**Key Responsibilities**
**Lead Management & Coordination**
- Make outbound calls to fresh inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, digital ads, walk-ins, and channel partners.
- Qualify leads based on customer needs, budget, timelines, and project suitability.
- Schedule site visits and follow up with customers to ensure visit conversions.
**Customer Engagement**
- Provide detailed project information—location benefits, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.
- Build rapport and maintain long-term engagement with prospects until they visit the site or connect with the sales team.
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and persuasive communication throughout customer interactions.
**Data Management**
- Update and maintain lead logs on CRM/software daily.
- Track lead progress and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversions.
- Coordinate between marketing, sales, and CRM teams for lead handover and status updates.
**Sales Support**
- Ensure seamless coordination with sales executives during site visits.
- Share key customer insights to improve closing ratios.
- Support pre-launch and launch campaigns with customer outreach.
**Skills & Competencies**
- Excellent communication skills (Marathi, Hindi, English preferred).
- Strong persuasion and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Confident, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management systems.
- Real estate experience is an added advantage.
