Position: Pre-Sales Executive

Location: Badlapur

Industry: Real Estate (Residential Projects)

Department: Sales & Marketing

Experience: 1–4 years (Real estate pre-sales or telesales preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Coordination

  • Make outbound calls to fresh inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, digital ads, walk-ins, and channel partners.
  • Qualify leads based on customer needs, budget, timelines, and project suitability.
  • Schedule site visits and follow up with customers to ensure visit conversions.

Customer Engagement

  • Provide detailed project information—location benefits, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.
  • Build rapport and maintain long-term engagement with prospects until they visit the site or connect with the sales team.
  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and persuasive communication throughout customer interactions.

Data Management

  • Update and maintain lead logs on CRM/software daily.
  • Track lead progress and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversions.
  • Coordinate between marketing, sales, and CRM teams for lead handover and status updates.

Sales Support

  • Ensure seamless coordination with sales executives during site visits.
  • Share key customer insights to improve closing ratios.
  • Support pre-launch and launch campaigns with customer outreach.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication skills (Marathi, Hindi, English preferred).
  • Strong persuasion and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Confident, proactive, and target-oriented.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management systems.
  • Real estate experience is an added advantage.
