Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Senior Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities for Trident Group's ongoing and upcoming real estate projects in Badlapur East. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and hands-on experience in residential building construction.

Key Responsibilities

Site Management & Execution

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure timely and quality execution.
• Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules, drawings, and specifications.
• Manage daily manpower, material requirements, and work allocation.

Quality Control

• Ensure high standards of construction quality across all civil, finishing, and structural activities.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify defects, deviations, or safety concerns.
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams to maintain seamless quality checks.

Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth workflow.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement departments.
• Report daily site progress, challenges, and requirements to the management team.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure strict adherence to safety rules, protocols, and statutory standards.
• Implement site safety measures and conduct toolbox talks with workers.

Documentation

• Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), material consumption logs, and inspection records.
• Track material deliveries and verify quantities against purchase orders.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of site supervision experience in residential real estate projects.
• Strong knowledge of RCC, masonry, finishing, plumbing, electrical coordination, and vendor management.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/structural drawings.
• Excellent communication, team handling, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office & basic site management software (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
