The Customer Relations Associate is responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Log and track customer complaints or requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (operations, sales, marketing, service teams) for quick issue resolution.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and closure.
  • Maintain records of interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Support client onboarding, documentation, and service coordination.
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and issues.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
  • Ensure company service standards and customer service KPIs are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability.
  • Customer-focused mindset with patience and professionalism.
  • Basic computer knowledge; experience with Odoo is an advantage.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Preferred Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.
  • Experience in healthcare, retail, hospitality, or service industry is an added advantage.
  • Females preferred
