Customer Relation Associate

The Customer Relations Associate is responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Log and track customer complaints or requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, sales, marketing, service teams) for quick issue resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and closure.
- Maintain records of interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Support client onboarding, documentation, and service coordination.
- Assist in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and issues.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
- Ensure company service standards and customer service KPIs are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability.
- Customer-focused mindset with patience and professionalism.
- Basic computer knowledge; experience with Odoo is an advantage.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
Preferred Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.
- Experience in healthcare, retail, hospitality, or service industry is an added advantage.
