Job Description
We are hiring Customer Care Coordinators for a leading financial service process to handle loan-related customer inquiries (US Voice Process). The role requires strong communication skills, customer orientation, and the ability to handle inbound/outbound customer interactions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for loan servicing and customer support.
- Manage customer queries, payment commitments, and delinquent accounts.
- Record all borrower interactions accurately in the servicing system.
- Provide appropriate resolutions and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Work in a target-driven and performance-focused environment.
- Flexible to work in US shifts (Evening/Night).
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate (preferred) or undergraduate with minimum 6 months of BPO experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in voice process / customer service.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Comfortable with US shift timings and rotational shifts.
- Willing to work from office (Malad) – company transport provided.
- Must have stable internet connection (for hybrid setup).
Shift & Schedule
- US Timings: Monday to Friday (Evening/Night Shifts)
- Hybrid Work Model (Work from Office during initial 6 months training period)
