Job Description

We are hiring Customer Care Coordinators for a leading financial service process to handle loan-related customer inquiries (US Voice Process). The role requires strong communication skills, customer orientation, and the ability to handle inbound/outbound customer interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for loan servicing and customer support.
  • Manage customer queries, payment commitments, and delinquent accounts.
  • Record all borrower interactions accurately in the servicing system.
  • Provide appropriate resolutions and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Work in a target-driven and performance-focused environment.
  • Flexible to work in US shifts (Evening/Night).

Candidate Requirements

  • Graduate (preferred) or undergraduate with minimum 6 months of BPO experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in voice process / customer service.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Comfortable with US shift timings and rotational shifts.
  • Willing to work from office (Malad) – company transport provided.
  • Must have stable internet connection (for hybrid setup).

Shift & Schedule

  • US Timings: Monday to Friday (Evening/Night Shifts)
  • Hybrid Work Model (Work from Office during initial 6 months training period)
