An International BPO Executive is responsible for handling voice, chat, or email support for overseas clients. The role involves providing excellent customer service, resolving queries, promoting products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, or emails from international customers.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries or complaints.
Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering professional and courteous service.
Follow company processes, scripts, and compliance guidelines.
Upsell or cross-sell products/services when required.
Meet targets such as call handling time, sales, or customer satisfaction scores.
Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
Work in night shifts/rotational shifts to support international time zones.

Skills & Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle pressure and high-volume interactions.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, CRM tools).
Flexible to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
Prior experience in international BPO/Call Center preferred, but freshers with good communication skills are also eligible.
