We are a leading staffing firm hiring International BPO Executives for one of our reputed clients in Malad West, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and a customer-focused attitude to deliver high-quality service to international clients.

 Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers.

 Maintain a professional and courteous communication style at all times.

 Meet performance targets for quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

 Give correct information and solve customer questions quickly.

 Always communicate politely and professionally.

 Work together with your team to provide smooth customer support.
