**Role Overview**:
We are hiring experienced **Customer Support Executives** for our **International Voice Process** at _Stenger_. In this role, you will interact with global customers, resolve queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and efficient communication.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for international customers
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain customer satisfaction with timely and professional communication
- Update call logs and follow up where necessary
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in an **international BPO voice process**:
- Strong **verbal communication skills** in English
- Ability to handle customer interactions calmly and professionally
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Flexible and adaptive to work in a fast-paced environment
**Compensation**:
- **Fixed Salary**: ₹35,000 per month
- **Performance Bonus**: ₹1,000
- **Attendance Bonus**: ₹1,000
- **Week Offs**: Saturday & Sunday
