Job Description:
We are hiring for the HSBC NRI Process in the role of International Customer Service (Voice). This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with prior international BPO experience who are looking to grow their career with a reputed organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for HSBC's NRI (Non-Resident Indian) customers
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and compliance with all company procedures
- Deliver service in line with process expectations and quality standards
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an international BPO (voice process)
- Good communication skills in English
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required
