Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for KAM (Key Account Manager) located in Noida. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, receive customized RFID implementations, continued support, and measurable value from the solution.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of RFID technologies (tags, readers, frequencies, middleware).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Technical-to-business translation ability.
- Account planning, negotiation, and CRM software expertise.
- Cross-functional coordination and problem-solving skills..
- Candidates having experience in similar or related Industry shall be preferred.
