, we're looking for a visionary sales leader who can
own revenue growth end-to-end
across our three core verticals —
Marketing, IT/AI, and Consulting
. This role is about strategy, scale, and closing big wins.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute a
high-impact revenue growth strategy - Package and position offerings for
Enterprise, SME & Government clients - Lead and scale
regional and solution-based sales teams - Personally
close high-ticket consulting, SaaS, and marketing deals - Mentor and elevate junior sales professionals into top performers
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7–12 years
of experience in
B2B consulting, SaaS, IT, or marketing sales - Strong track record of closing
₹50L+ enterprise deals - Deep understanding of
AI solutions, SaaS products, digital marketing & strategy consulting - Powerful network, negotiation skills, and leadership mindset
Compensation Model
- 10–25% commission-based stipend
