Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of Head of Growth based in Bengaluru. The Head of Growth will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to drive customer acquisition and business expansion. Responsibilities include implementing data-driven growth marketing campaigns, optimizing the sales funnel, identifying growth opportunities, leading business development initiatives, and working cross-functionally to establish scalable strategies that enhance user engagement and revenue. Collaboration with teams across marketing, sales, and operations will be essential.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Growth Marketing, Growth Hacking, and optimizing marketing strategies to drive user growth.
  • Proven track record in Customer Acquisition and developing innovative approaches to scale customer bases.
  • Strong skills in Sales and Business Development with the ability to identify new market opportunities and build successful partnerships.
  • Excellent leadership and strategic thinking abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup or technology-driven organization is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
