This full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru involves employing innovative growth marketing practices, analyzing customer behavior to identify opportunities, and executing strategies to scale the business. Additionally, the Head of Growth will collaborate with sales and product teams to achieve organizational goals and establish Binks as the premier fashion brand for Indian women.QualificationsProven expertise in Growth Marketing, Growth Hacking, Performance Marketing and customer acquisition techniquesStrong skills and experience in Sales and Business Development to drive revenue and partnershipsStrategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute data-driven growth strategiesExceptional communication and leadership abilitiesExperience in fashion, e-commerce, or consumer brands is a plus
