Role Purpose

Manage all social media and brand creative execution via agencies. Ensure content quality, brand consistency, timely delivery, and alignment with growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Online Activities

Social Media Management (via Agency)

  • Build and manage monthly social content calendars.
  • Review and approve agency-produced copy, visuals, and short videos.
  • Monitor engagement, comments, and inbox activity.
  • Consolidate social insights and audience feedback.

Agency Management

  • Translate campaign briefs from Head of Growth and Performance Lead into clear agency briefs.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and quality control.
  • Evaluate agency performance on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Creative Coordination

  • Work with the Performance Lead to supply creative assets for paid media.
  • Coordinate with Offline Activation to align online and offline visuals.
  • Manage KOL/KOC execution if required (briefing, QC, tracking).

2.Offline Activities

Lead all offline activation initiatives, with a strong focus on driver activation and on-ground market presence, supporting both Demand and Supply growth across cities.

Key Responsibilities

Offline Activation

  • Execute POI activations at malls, transport hubs, universities, and hotspots.
  • Run driver recruitment and activation activities at hubs and parking areas.
  • Organize booths, roadshows, workshops, and sampling events.

OOH & City Launch Execution

  • Coordinate OOH vendors for planning, installation, and audits.
  • Track placement quality, photos, and display duration.
  • Execute offline components of city launches.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with Performance and Social teams to ensure message alignment.
  • Manage POSM, materials, vendors, and on-ground manpower.

Report offline performance: leads, sign-ups, and estimated uplift

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Social Media, Content, or Agency Management.
  • Strong understanding of digital creative workflows.
  • Excellent coordination and quality control skills.
  • Brand-conscious with a user-centric mindset.
