Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Specialist / HANA Consultant with expertise in Finance (FICO) or Logistics (MM / SD / PP / EWM) to support SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and optimizations. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support SAP Specialist / HANA implementation and migration projects.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA modules based on business needs.
- Support Finance processes (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling) or
- Logistics processes (Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Production, Warehousing).
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Support data migration, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
- Prepare functional specifications and system documentation.
- Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements and integrations.
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and industry standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in SAP consulting with Specialist /HANA exposure.
- Strong functional knowledge in SAP FICO or SAP Logistics modules.
- Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration.
- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Modules & Expertise (Based on Role)
- Finance: SAP Specialist /HANA Finance, FICO, Central Finance, Group Reporting
- Logistics: SAP MM, SD, PP, EWM, WM
- Integration: FI-MM, FI-SD, CO, and third-party integrations
Tools & Technologies (Preferred)
- SAP Specialist /HANA On-Premise or Cloud
- SAP Fiori
- SAP Solution Manager
- Data Migration Tools (LTMC, Migration Cockpit)
Certifications (Nice to Have)
- SAP Specialist /HANA Finance or Logistics Certification
- SAP Activate Project Manager certification
