Key Responsibilities:
· Sourcing & Screening: Identify, source, and screen suitable blue-collar candidates for facilities roles such as housekeeping, electrician, plumber, security guard, and other maintenance staff. Must be open to field hiring and conducting local recruitment drives.
· Induction & Training: Conduct induction programs and basic skill/orientation training for newly joined employees.
· Client Coordination: Collaborate with clients to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely deployment of candidates.
· Onboarding: Manage documentation, joining formalities, and smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
· Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases, attendance, and deployment trackers.
Location:-Unit No. -507 & 508,5th Floor, Elegance Tower, Jasola District Centre, New Delhi – 110025
Office Timing:- 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Days:- Monday to Friday and First Saturday of Every Month (Rest Saturdays and Sundays are fixed off)
