Job Description

Required Overseas Recruitment Manager for a HR company having 1000's of employees in India working at multiple locations.

Desired Profile:

Dynamic and result-driven Education Consultant with 5-10 years' experience in Recruitment & Resource Mobilization specializing in high-volume blue-collar recruitment, global workforce mobilization, and visa processing for international vacancies.

Should have effectively managing end-to-end digital recruitment cycles across the GCC, Europe, and African countries, with deep expertise in the Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Construction, Power and other sectors.

Should have Knowledge of all GCC country medical, MOFA (Enjazit-KSA), Saudi Visa processing, Emigration clearance (Emigrate), ticketing (through travel agents) and all other documentation works.

Handled Campus Drives and supporting students and professional to improve language proficiency to appear for international examinations such as GMAT, SAT, CAEL, CELPIP, DUOLINGO, GRE, IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, ACT, CGFNS, etc.

Job Location: DELHI / NCR

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling End to End Recruitment Cycle which includes (Especially Blue-Collar positions).
  • Finding new overseas customer
  • Receiving the requirements with Job description from the clients overseas (European countries like Romania, Poland, etc. and Australia, UK. Gulf region including Saudi, Kuwait, UAE (Dubai), Bahrain, Qatar, others ).
  • Scrutinizing the description and deciding on the method of sourcing through job portals (naukri, monster, dice, etc. )
  • Building Network of placement consultants for sourcing candidates meeting international norms.
  • Advertising, headhunting and referrals.
  • Working on Recruitment software for capturing every stage of recruitment from sourcing till joining & exit.
  • Taking telephonic interview of the candidates to check their ability, relevant experience, desired skills.
  • Conducting online interviews, technical assessment, getting feedback and offer from client.
  • Coordinating with client for Work permit and immigration clearance at parent country.
  • Coordinating with associates/ vendors for interview / CV selection / Confirmation/Visa status
  • / Follow ups.
  • Following up with candidates for their process (Medical, visa endorsement, emigration etc.), and
  • updating the status to the client on daily basis.
  • Arranging CVs of White & blue collars from reference and associates Like Carpenter, Electrician
  • (all types), Plumbers, Mason (all types), Welders (all types) Helpers, Cleaners, Gardner, Security
  • Guards, construction worker etc. all Blue collars categories for Overseas (GCC).
  • Handling team of 3-5 members for achieving revenue targets.
