Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and field-oriented Blue Collar Recruiter to join our hiring team. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding delivery boys across multiple locations through both online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source delivery boys through field activities, community outreach, referrals, local job fairs, and tie-ups with training institutes.
- Manage walk-in drives, local mobilization campaigns, and WhatsApp-based job promotion.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements, verify documents, and conduct basic orientation.
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding documentation, and training schedules.
- Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets as per business requirements.
- Maintain candidate database and provide daily recruitment status reports.
- Build a strong pipeline of active and passive delivery candidates for future needs.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment, especially in delivery hiring.
- Strong networking and field mobilization skills.
- Familiarity with sourcing platforms like OLX, WorkIndia, Apna, Naukri, and local WhatsApp groups.
- Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle and documentation.
- Self-driven and target-oriented.
- Ability to speak local language and Hindi.
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum 12th pass. Graduation preferred.
Salary:
- Insert Salary Range(20,000 Rs/ – 22,000) Incentives Monthly based on OKR (3000 Rs/ – 4000) Quarterly (6000 Rs/ – 9000)
