Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets through effective business development, client acquisition.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for identifying new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall performance metrics.
  • Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to junior team members to develop their skills in ad sales, media sales, print sales, radio sales.

Job Requirements :

  • 10-15 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of success in generating revenue through account management and team handling.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
