Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets through effective business development, client acquisition.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for identifying new opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall performance metrics.
- Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to junior team members to develop their skills in ad sales, media sales, print sales, radio sales.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate sales leadership roles.
- Proven track record of success in generating revenue through account management and team handling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
