Vatika Group is hiring for General Manager - Finance & Accounts for the Facility division .

(Preferably looking for a candidate from the facility division).

Job Description:-

  • Coordination with Statutory Auditor for preparation of Financial statements

  • Preparation and Finalization of Yearly Budget

  • Preparation of MIS

  • Managing & Preparing Cash Flow

  • Trial Review & Cost monitoring

  • Analysis of Budget Vs Actual

  • Reviewing all audit annexure of Balance sheet, P&L of Enviro

  • Preparation & Review of P&L and Break even Analysis

  • Taxes & Salary Reconciliation

  • Handling of Whole accounting of Enviro Infra & EHS.Gamey & Inserve

  • Preparation,Review and Presentation of CAM for all Residential Sites

  • Project analyzing - Break-even reporting of Residential Projects

  • Monitoring on Budget vs Actual including Variance reporting

  • Handling of Taxes GST TDS etc

  • Handling GST Audit & Tax assessment queries

  • Ensuring timely processing of Salary/Reimbursement/Full & Final - including manual Cheque from Indus Direct

  • Managing all reconciliation (Bank ,Creditor, Intra & Inter unit reconciliation)

  • Ensuring proper checking and controlling on Vendor & Client Compliance and its deduction accordingly from Vendors

  • Liaisoning with Bank

  • Releasing payment after analyzing the critical requirement of the business as per the available Cash Flow

  • Reviewing of fixed assets register of Enviro

  • Monitoring & analysis of all Software handling by Accounts Oracle,Crystal,Real App,EBS & Tally

  • Development & Implementation of New billing software Real App

  • Monitoring & Controlling of Investor billing & Payment & Credit control Team

  • Monitoring & Controlling of all Vendor & Client Compliances
