Deputy Manager- Accounts and Finance

Responsibilities

1) Accounts and Audit

  • Timely booking of Employee reimbursement vouchers and payment of the same
  • Maintaining & Updating Debtors / Creditors & their timely reconciliation with confirmations from them
  • Intercompany Bookings/ Payments/ Reconciliation/ Confirmations
  • Handling ticketing reconciliation of all events
  • Review day-to-day accounting
  • Reviewing Employee reimbursement vouchers and payments
  • Maintaining & Updating Debtors / Creditors & timely reconciliation with confirmations
  • Intercompany/Group company Bookings/ Payments/ Reconciliation/ Confirmations
  • Preparation Event Cost sheets
  • Ticketing reconciliation of events finalizing the Ticket Report
  • Assisting in Finalisation of Audit

2) International Payments

Preparing documents while processing all International payments and filing the tax forms

3) Banking/Finance

  • Handling Domestic /International Payments
  • Preparing documents while processing all International payments and filing the tax forms
  • Statutory Requirements
  • TDS/GST Calculations, Payments, Returns, Rectification and Reply to Notices
  • Assisting in making workings for Tax Assessments/Appeals
  • Following up with Clients & Suppliers for TDS Certificates and Reco with 26AS
  • Various tax reporting related to Event Industry

Skills required

  • Graduate/ Post Graduate with 4-8 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Taxation, Preferable from Events Industry
  • An ability to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Experience of working on Tally Edit Log

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹750,000.00 per year
