Job Title: Account Executive – Restaurant

Location: One8 Commune – Worli, Juhu, Colaba (Mumbai)

Office Name: One8 Commune

Office Timing: 11:00 am – 7:30 pm (Subject to change as per requirement; total work hours will remain the same)

Department: Finance (Must have prior experience in the restaurant industry)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Must have at least two years of prior experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and analyze daily sales reports, ensuring accurate financial recording.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely payment of staff wages.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Perform vendors' reconciliation while facilitating smooth communication.
  • Visit and handle finance-related tasks across all three locations (Worli, Juhu, and Colaba) as part of operational responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Executive, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software - Tally.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and financial challenges in the hospitality sector.
