About the Role:
We're looking for an Admin & HR Executive to join our dynamic advertising team This role blends people management and administrative efficiency ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. You'll support day-to-day operations, manage HR processes, and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Assist in employee engagement activities, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Support payroll preparation and coordinate with the accounts team for monthly processing.
Administration:
- Oversee daily office operations including supplies, maintenance, and vendor management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, event planning, and office logistics.
- Manage internal communications and ensure smooth workflow between teams.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold company standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in an Admin/HR role (preferably in the advertising or media industry).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR management tools.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a creative team environment.
