Role Summary
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Sales Attendant to join our team in Faridabad. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, thrives in a dynamic outdoor retail environment, and values consistency and growth. You'll be the face of our nursery—guiding customers, managing inventory, and ensuring the space remains welcoming and well-organized.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism

  • Provide guidance on plants, gardening products, and seasonal care

  • Support customers with purchases and product selection

  • Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems

  • Manage inventory and restocking of products

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization across nursery sections

  • Supervise plant care staff and coordinate daily upkeep routines

  • Work outdoors and support physical tasks as needed

  • Participate in seasonal planning, stock rotation, and customer feedback loops

Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills

  • Working knowledge of plants, gardening tools, and seasonal care is preferred

  • Candidates without specific plant knowledge may be considered, provided they complete a mandatory 3-month internship

  • The internship will be paid if the candidate has strong prior retail experience

  • We welcome applicants from other industries—fresh perspectives are valued

  • Experience with retail sales and inventory management

  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic transaction handling

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Physical stamina and ability to manage outdoor tasks and team coordination

  • Prior experience in a retail or nursery setting is a plus

  • Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent
