
Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining product features, delivering product demos, and handling client interactions including on-site visits. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce and promote company products.
- Explain product features and benefits to customers clearly and persuasively.
- Conduct live product demonstrations (virtually or in-person) tailored to client needs.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure high conversion rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Schedule and attend client meetings and site visits to understand client requirements.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, sales activities, and customer feedback.
- Achieve individual sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing/MBA/Btech.
- Proven experience in a sale or tele calling role (minimum 2 -4 years preferred).
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS word, PPT.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in presenting products and handling client queries.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and product demos.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Delivery-focused mindset with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
