Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:

1.Oversee and optimize the GTM platform tools stack, including Salesforce (Sales & Marketing Cloud), Seismic, Eloqua, Gainsight, and related systems
2.Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other business units to understand requirements and deliver solutions
3.Conduct regular platform audits, identify gaps, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
4.Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and mentorship to a team of GTM system administrators and analysts
5.Define and enforce best practices for system governance, data compliance, and security
6.Drive automation and standardization initiatives to improve business processes and define operational standards such as SLAs
7.Manage vendor evaluations, negotiations, and relationships for GTM platform tools and related investments
8.Stay abreast of the latest trends in technology, evaluate buy vs. build decisions, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning

To ensure you're set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

  1. Minimum 10 years of experience in GTM systems management, sales operations, or revenue technology roles.

  2. At least 2 years of people management experience, with proven ability to lead and develop teams

  3. Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce required) and integrated GTM tools (Seismic, Eloqua, Gainsight, etc.)

  4. Strong understanding of revenue operations processes, including lead-to-cash workflows

  5. Demonstrated success in leading complex projects, managing global stakeholders, and driving measurable business impact

  6. Hands-on experience with data management, reporting, and analytics

  7. Exposure to AI/GenAI technologies and their application in business operations is highly desirable

  8. Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to synthesize data into strategic actions

  9. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a global, multicultural environment

  10. Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

About You

  1. You have experience with Sales Operations (GTM Systems) to lead the management and optimization of go-to-market (GTM) technology stack

  2. You enjoy working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT organizations for supporting the Operations Organization

  3. You like to coach, mentor and help team members grow and excel in their areas

  4. You are an innovative thinker with a passion for solving business problems and improving service quality

  5. You are always eager to learn new tools and technologies, and to drive digital transformation

  6. You thrive working in a global matrix organization and are passionate about driving operational efficiencies through AI, automation and standardization

At BMC we believe in pay transparency and have set the midpoint of the salary band for this role at 3,380,000 INR. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

The salary listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
