Sales Operations Manager

1.Oversee and optimize the GTM platform tools stack, including Salesforce (Sales & Marketing Cloud), Seismic, Eloqua, Gainsight, and related systems2.Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other business units to understand requirements and deliver solutions3.Conduct regular platform audits, identify gaps, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency4.Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and mentorship to a team of GTM system administrators and analysts5.Define and enforce best practices for system governance, data compliance, and security6.Drive automation and standardization initiatives to improve business processes and define operational standards such as SLAs7.Manage vendor evaluations, negotiations, and relationships for GTM platform tools and related investments8.Stay abreast of the latest trends in technology, evaluate buy vs. build decisions, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning

To ensure youre set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

  1. Minimum 10 years of experience in GTM systems management, sales operations, or revenue technology roles.

  2. At least 2 years of people management experience, with proven ability to lead and develop teams

  3. Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce required) and integrated GTM tools (Seismic, Eloqua, Gainsight, etc.)

  4. Strong understanding of revenue operations processes, including lead-to-cash workflows

  5. Demonstrated success in leading complex projects, managing global stakeholders, and driving measurable business impact

  6. Hands-on experience with data management, reporting, and analytics

  7. Exposure to AI/GenAI technologies and their application in business operations is highly desirable

  8. Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to synthesize data into strategic actions

  9. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a global, multicultural environment

  10. Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  1. You have experience with Sales Operations (GTM Systems) to lead the management and optimization of go-to-market (GTM) technology stack
