We have vacancy for the ERO ( Emergency Response Officer)

Male / Female both can apply

It is an inbound calling process

Qualification : Minimum 12 pass out

Salary In hand 12,700/- + OT + PF, ESIC

Location : Near Newtown Bus stand. Landmark – Aristrocrat Hotel

Criteria :

  1. Very good in Bengali speaking

  2. Good understanding of ENGLISH

  3. Must be ok for 24*7 shifts ( both for male & female)

  4. Typing Speed 12-15 per minute with accuracy 90%

Selection process :

  1. Typing test, Aptitude test, Voice test & face to face rounds

  2. Shortlisted candidates will go for 5 days non paid training

  3. After training there will be certification exam ( pass mark – 80%)

Compulsory :

  1. Aadhar –phone link must

  2. Must have personal bank account for salary process

JD of Emergency Response Officer:

  1. Attending inbound calls from different districts.

  2. Assigning vehicles as per system.
