Business Development Manager (BDM) –
The BDM will play a strategic role in expanding business reach, developing partnerships, and ensuring revenue growth through effective relationship-building and sales management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities via market research, networking, and outbound outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align outreach and business growth strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Track and report on sales targets, opportunities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and promote offerings.
- Analyze competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic direction.
- Manage sales process from lead generation to deal closure including negotiations and contract management.
- Leverage AI tools, digital selling strategies, and hybrid sales models for efficiency and reach.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with solution-oriented mindset and consultative selling ability.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with prospective clients.
- Strong analytical skills, digital savvy, and ability to use data for decision-making.
- Able to work independently or as part of a team, with good project management and adaptability.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Industry-specific experience (preferred but not mandatory).
Reporting & Collaboration
- Reports to the Director of Sales or VP of Business Development.
- Works closely with marketing, sales, product development, finance, and support teams to deliver business results.

Pay: ₹40, ₹90,000.00 per month
