Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Sales Manager – International Tie-ups to join our team. This role is ideal for a fresher with a passion for sales, relationship-building, and international business development. The selected candidate will play a key role in expanding our global presence by securing partnerships with franchisees, educational institutions, and training providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach:
- Engage with potential clients through LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Conduct cold calling and email outreach to identify new business opportunities.
- Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand into new international markets.
- Schedule and deliver virtual product presentations to prospective clients.
- Effectively address customer inquiries and concerns to drive conversions.
- Negotiate terms and close deals with franchisees and educational institutions.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Market Research & Reporting:
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Maintain and update the customer database in the CRM system.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and engage with international clients.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
