Job Title: Vice President – Sales & Marketing

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

CTC: ₹24 LPA++ (Negotiable for the right candidate)

ALFA PUMPS PRIVATE LIMITED is a leading manufacturer of chemical process pumps for industries such as chemicals, petrochemicals, fertilizers, and pharmaceuticals. We are expanding rapidly in domestic and global markets and seek a strategic leader to drive our sales and marketing growth.

Role Summary

The VP – Sales & Marketing
will lead domestic and export sales, brand positioning, and market expansion. The role requires a proven track record in industrial pumps or allied engineering products, with strong leadership and global business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies for revenue and market share growth.

Lead domestic and international sales teams; achieve annual targets.

Build strong relationships with key clients, OEMs, EPCs, and distributors.

Expand dealer networks in India and overseas.

Oversee marketing initiatives, trade shows, and product launches.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Collaborate with R&D and production for product-market alignment.

Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering (mandatory), MBA/PGDM preferred.

15+ years in Sales & Marketing
of industrial pumps or allied products, with
5+ years in a senior role.

Strong domestic & export market experience.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Global dealer network growth.
