Role Summary:

Seeking an accomplished Insurance Operations Leader at the Vice President level to oversee large-scale, multi-client operations. The ideal candidate brings deep domain knowledge in Insurance and/or BFSI, with a strong track record of operational leadership, client engagement, and transformation delivery across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery across multiple Insurance/BFSI accounts, managing a span of 2000–3000+ FTEs.
  • Drive operational strategy, ensuring performance excellence, compliance, and client satisfaction.
  • Own P&L and deliver on growth, profitability, and efficiency metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong CXO-level client relationships, primarily in the North American market.
  • Lead digital and tech-enabled transformation initiatives across portfolios.
  • Manage global transitions and implement governance models aligned with business objectives.
  • Inspire, coach, and grow large teams; promote a culture of accountability and innovation.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 15+ years in Insurance (P&C preferred), BFSI, or related domains, with senior leadership experience.
  • Global Exposure: Experience with US/NA clients; understanding of regulatory and market dynamics.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage high-scale delivery organizations (1500+ FTEs).
  • Transformation: Hands-on with automation, tech-led transformation, and process reengineering.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong P&L management and budget oversight experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong executive presence and experience managing multiple client and internal stakeholders.
  • Operational Excellence: Knowledge of compliance, quality, and governance best practices.

Preferred Background

  • Experience with large global service providers or captives in Insurance/BFSI.
  • Exposure to complex organizational structures and global delivery environments.
